Over the last 12+ years, I've dedicated my career to understanding not only how aesthetic treatments work, but why they work. Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to work in medical spas, learn from some of the top aesthetic providers in the country, consult for beauty businesses across multiple states, and immerse myself in the science behind the treatments we perform every day.

What sets my training apart is that I don't teach cookie-cutter protocols or generic techniques pulled from a manufacturer handbook.

I teach the protocols I've developed through years of hands-on experience, continuing education, and a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the body as a whole.
My background includes extensive anatomy education, working with cadavers, earning certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching, and studying how the body's systems work together to influence everything from fat metabolism and lymphatic flow to tissue health and overall treatment outcomes.

This unique combination allows me to approach body sculpting, lymphatic sculpting, and aesthetics from a perspective that many non-invasive sculpting trainers simply don't have.

When I teach a protocol, I'm not teaching you which button to push on a machine.

I'm teaching you how to think critically, assess a client, understand what's happening beneath the skin, and create a treatment plan that makes sense for the individual sitting in front of you.
